My concern is world cup 2019 and wanted to win that.its coming after 4 years.i criticise bcci for team selection for this important Australia tour.i am worried how these guys going to select world cup.team for 2019.moreover its after ipl they are going to play world cup in June.bcci should suspend ipl and play with south africa or england in home.

You cannot ignore IPL but by the way all the countries top players are involved in IPL and will have the same fatigue factor barring England and Pakistan.I agree with you it affects to some extent but in today's modern day sports top players have to be ready to perform day in and day out without game practice and you can see how kohli with his mental make up is always hungry in each match and ready to perform.

Australia too. Their players cannot play IPL from May 1st.


Also, the difference is all the 11 members (or 15) of the Indian ODI team will be playing 14 IPL matches while the members of the other cricket teams won't have all their players playing

Not a very good decision, in my opinion. Given that, WC is not far, he should have played at least 2 each ODIs against Aus & NZ. No need to play NZ T20Is and all IPL matches! But you can't argue with the franchise (specially when it's Ambani's).

Exactly . He should have been included in aus odi series and rested for IPL as world cup starts immediately after IPL . Kohli has said to let ther bowlers play limited IPL matches . Lets see whats bumrah's priority is

Bcci think ipl is main than world cup.All other teams boycott ipl for world cup.bcci will ask all players to play ipl and earn money.all key players should given rest before world cup.ipl make them tired

Its not entirely BCCI'S decision , players themselves can withdraw from IPL . It's just individual priority that we shall see who wants IPL over world Cup
