Because of his patience along with Mayank only India is able to get good partnership in both first and second innings which was missing in the first two test.In second innings too,his wicket only paved way for further wickets.Even though he is not scoring runs at good pace,mayank is taking care of that.
Opening with Rohit is not a good option. If you need Ashwin or Kuldeep then Rohit can be dropped since Jadeja and Ashwin can bat well.

Ishants partnership with Bumrah and Shami is good in bowling.Why we have to change that.

Exactly why would you want to drop vihari, imo vihari has done a great job, his partnership with Mayank main reason for this win, as he took the shine of the ball. Which makes the work of the middle order pretty simple & with no pressure.
He reminds me of Aakash chopra of 2003-04 series. He s must in the test team atleast for the next test.

Am against dropping Ishant also cos it's unfair on him to drop but if we're to go with horses for courses then ok. These 3 quicks can bowl & take wickets on any conditions.
