Several records were broken as well as made as South Africa played the 5th and final One Day International (ODI) game against India at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

The visitors thus won their first ODI bilateral series in India, after having lost three (in 1991-92, 1999-2000 and 2009-10), and drawn the other (2005-06) in previous attempts. :lol;):s

The margin of South Africa's victory - 214 runs - is India's worst at home and second-worst in history.Faf du Plessis (133 retired hurt), AB de Villiers (119) and Quinton de Kock (109).

2nd time when three batsmen scored a century each in an ODI match. SA players had done it earlier this year too. (3 'Ds' propel South Africa to 438/4 in decider)1st ODI century for Faf du Plessis against India. :ohya:ohya:luv:tup

AB de Villiers' 119 most runs scored by a visiting captain against India. AB de Villiers becomes the first ever player to hit 10+ sixes in an ODI innings as a captain on two separate occasions. :ohya:ohya

First time India is chasing a target of 400+ in ODIs. This is also the highest ODI score by a visiting team in India (batting first).

With 1/106, Bhuvneshwar Kumar has recorded the second-most expensive spell of bowling in ODI history; worst bowling performance by an Indian. :shy

With 438 at Wankhede, South Africa now have scored 400+ six times in ODIs history, the most by any team beating India (5 times). :ohya:lol

100th catch for Raina and he became only fourth Indian fielder after Azhar, Sachin & Dravid to achieve this in ODI. :ohya

Hashim Amla completes fastest 6000 runs in ODI by taking just 123 innings, leaving Kohli (136 innings) behind. :ohya:luv

India skipper MS Dhoni hasn't won even a single series in the year 2015. :tup:shy :'(

I still remember commentators mumbling it's very easy to chase in Wankade & India will win the game after losing the toss :em :hehe

Happy to see Dhoni's patience at press & I don't think he hv to spend much time explaining every decisions to them ....
