+ Africa. Africa is going to be biggest market in next 20-30 years. Need to invest and capture it now to have first mover advantage. Need more cooperation in tech with them.

China has taken Africa a decade back. With all the bad loans it's not worth investing in Africa. WTO needs to strictly intervene.

i am saying in terms of getting IPR, technology use cases, policies etc.

in simple terms Instead of Cisco , or qualacomm, we can have some Japanese or korean technology partner to fulfill BHARATIYA need.
