What Network you're using try Jio it's the only VOLTE only network available in India other Networks give VOLTE only when it's available when there is no signal it will get reduced to 3G/2G Network.

Currently it's automatically registered. I will manually register it on Jio.

I changed my setting and I set idea for data. I saw it is showing only data connection. When I use 4G in idea sim I couldn't get call

Now, airtel is sending me offer messages for/on my idea number. Message sender is airtel. Anyone knows why??

No, it's not a ported number. Now, I am getting messages from Aircel too for my idea number.
So now Airtel, Idea & Aircel are message sender for my idea number.
