Idea, Flipkart team up to offer free 30 GB data on select 4G smartphones

India’s No 3 telecom player Idea Cellular Thursday partnered with the online marketplace Flipkart to offer best-selling 4G smartphones deals exclusively for its customers.

Idea customers who recharge with Rs 356 will get 30 GB 4G data with no daily data limit, and unlimited local and national voice calling on their new smartphone purchase from Sachin Bansal-driven e-commerce portal. On a Rs 191 recharge, Idea customers will get 10 GB of data with no daily limit, the company said.

These deals, according to the telco are available exclusively on Flipkart on a range of 4G smartphone from various vendors such as
Lenovo, Micromax , Motorola , and Panasonic , priced in the range of Rs 4,000 to Rs 25,000.
The offers are also available for both existing as well as new Idea customers.
