Basically the points are going to stay but since the partnership is ending with ICICI bank, they will probably be removing the Payback account linking from their apps.
It's better to claim the rewards at the earliest.

As per ICICI Bank latest updates ICICI Bank announced that they have ending their reward partnership with Payback on 31 March 2022.
The bank announced that they are credit all your credit or debit card rewards till 31 March 2022 these points can be redeemed via Payback website and app.
After 01 April 2022 rewards points credited to your rewards section on iMobile or internet banking portal , Thank you.
