The new BCCI regime could soon be engaged in a bitter battle with the ICC since the world governing body's proposed Futures Tours Programme (FTP) could significantly hit Indian cricket board's revenue stream.

The new proposal calls for T20 World Cup every year and 50-over World Cup every three years, which is being perceived as ICC's plan to enter the global media rights markets for the 2023-2028 period before BCCI and exhaust the lion's share of revenues from potential broadcasters such as Star Sports.

It will be good for the future and growth of Cricket world wide. And november or december will be better. For organising the tournament'

Too much of cricket will be bad, moreover its more of commercial game than just a game now a days.
Unfortunately we miss the class of players (e.g Rahul, Richard, Marshal, Rhodes etc) whether they were batsman, bowler or even fielders.

T20s spoil the game more than it helps. Ofcourse it helped ICC to take cricket to more countries than before but it also spoiled the balance between bat and ball. It also increases the work load of players and hence makes them more vulnerable to injuries.

Players are already playing too much T20 with the advent of domestic leagues across the globe. World cup every year will definitely exhaust the players. ICC is in money making mode, better they switch to sports development mode.
