It is a team responsibility. Looking at their fast bowler pace battery it was quite impressive and writing was on the wall. With the current u19 team india players too not able to play short pitch and disciplined fast bowling( they were 32-4 against South Africa they scraped through) and Australia's disciplined fielding it was inevitable . The current Indian senior team this problem also persists against quality fast bowling battery and they are always found wanting in knock out matches.
