It will be there... It's a one off test they can schedule basically after knowing who are going to qualify for that test... Also, next one in 2023 so no need to hurry up for the next cycles that far in advance as it won't add much value in media rights auction. The motive behind the announcements is to get out ICC media rights auction as soon as possible without being last to hit the market... Thats the another reason four out of the eight announced ones are in INDIAN Subcontinent..
