Am using 32 inch Sony Bravia LED tv ..
In the wc warm up matches SS1 SD , am not able to view the countries flag which located in the corner. (able to see it in hotstar).
to get full picture, do i need to subscribe HD channels? or with any setting change i can do that.
What is the diff. between HD and SD in terms of full picture. is it all SD channels corner part will be cutted?

Yes exactly ipl effect.players are fit into short format than longer format.
I think india will return soon from England
Not only india , all the team has to play 9 matches irrespective qualifying to next level.
it is not like 2007 wc , where india came back before super eight

I'm not sure if Star sports is broadcasting SD match at 4:3 or 16:9 format. If they are broadcasting at 16:9 format then check your TV settings.
But, if they are broadcasting at 4:3 format then you'll not see any country flags. For that you need to subscribe to HD channels.

Difference in quality and aspect ratio. Not all but many SD cuts off both sides to provide 4:3 aspect ratio picture. Some provides 16:9 picture like MTV beats SD and some channels show full 16:9 picture but with black bars on SD TV.
