It's time now for ICC to have IPL type format by having Qualifiers b/w Team 1 n 2 and Eliminators b/w Team 3 n 4 in Points table to give 1 n 2 additional benefit for occupying that spot after league stages.

It's 50 over game, so it wouldn't be good idea for one extra match.

For T20, it's good.

bro i agree with you ipl type format should be implemented by icc
but if you look at history it's difficult to implement ipl format because only 1992 world cup and this year 2019 world cup used round robin format . if icc adopt 2015 type format or to be presice group stage format playing stayle then i think ipl type 4 semifinalist and then eliminator and qualifier type rule not possible.
so in my view if icc look to implement ipl type format then this year wc type round robin format they will have to use upcoming wc editions also

I want ICC to revise the rules for seeding the semis when the points clash. Give priority to Head to head more than the NRR. Because net runrate is really a matamatical equation. It doe not have any big scenario in calculating the current form of the team.
