Here we go again .. compare Dhoni with a low performer who hasn't played matches 1/4 th than that of Dhoni . Why failed to compared him with Rohit ??? Also did you forget 41-50 are for hitting and 1-10/20 are for solid start . How many times you have seen that when opening pair/ top 3 failed and India crossed 300 ?? Karthik playing his first match and came late than dhoni . Already he tried to hit the ball while Dhoni was busy maintaing his average .Also explan eating 2 balls in 50th over .

It's not than Dhoni isn't playing but it's playing like we have lost match already . We don't see any intention of hitting by him like we used to see since more than a decade . See last 3-4 innings of our finisher . That shall explan everything

No, You should not....
But don't you think it is also the responsibility of team management to think if we need other power hitter at the end of the innings if Dhoni is unable to hit boundaries in the end.

*We can not drop Dhoni because currently we don't have other quality WK, But management can change dhoni's Role to "innings builder" from finisher.
