I think India & England can't be #1 & #2 because they have to face against each other. Winner of that day will reach at #1 or #2 & loser will be at #3.

For me
1. Aus 2. Eng/Ind 3. Ind/Eng 4. NZ

No doubt New Zealand playing good cricket but they played their first matches against easy teams where India played all difficult matches except England.

If New Zealand loses upcoming matches & Pak, Ban, Windies, SA or SL wins their remaining matches then NZ will be out from the tournament but this looks difficult from here.
