its not that England doesn't have money or technology
you see they have square type , circle type grounds and some grounds dont even have a shape
they are very old grounds , most of them were built before 1900 and england want to keep it classic which is beautiful,
wonder why their stadiums does not have bigger capacity because they just dont want to renovate their classic old ground.
they look unique and beautiful with classic view
Don't quite think its correct, @pramain . They renovated Lords (what they call home of cricket) to keep up with times and has a state-of-the-art media center, drainage system, etc. Even Australia disbanded the iconic WACA ground in Perth recently which too is more than 100 years old
England cricket grounds need to be renovated to keep up with times....if not radical changes, atleast the most needed changes
