if match not happened today due wet outfield or horrible ground conditions then icc should take strict action agaist ecb because if same thing happen in indian in indian ground then whole blame icc put on bcci and ground staff members

How can you say that India can also lose this match if They are forced to bat 1st as seen in Overcast Conditions, Indian batting fails more often.
