Discussion I am thinking to Port Out from Jio due to Low indoor coverage. Jio customer service aren't helpful!

I am facing Low indoor coverage in my home since last 4 weeks as it was mentioned in different thread, so I raised complaint which was closed within 2 hours after ticket so I contacted Appellate Authority so today I Got call from local jio engineer saying that One Jio tower is Just beside of your society And there is no problem in network if issue coming in speed send me screen shot of netvelocity speed test in advance mode so we can Investigate it, I told That it is not my work you are engineer you have all details check from your side, Engineer told All Towers are working properly Don't look for Low indoor coverage look only for network speed,
What should I do now? I am Thinking To port Out from Jio Now

Exactly same issue I am facing. They didn't even recieve any ticket. Do you live in ground floor?

Just send a port request ( don't port, only send a port massage), for 1 or 2 months your problem solved. 😂
Yes I lives in Ground floor and Jio's behaviour is very rough nowdays they don't need customers now,when I told Engineer That I Will Port to another Isp ,He told "AS YOUR WISH"😨
