HP India introduced the consumer notebook Care Pack service which will provide unlimited spare parts and labour support for all HP notebooks across India. The service is already available for HP desktops. It will also extend the standard one-year warranty to three years across all class of retail notebooks.
The Care Pack service has been designed to minimize user downtime, reduce IT support costs and provide swift and easy support to customers anytime, anywhere.
It provides support through HP certified engineers and service network in 175 locations pan India.
