I think you should try Andy, Memu or Nox (All of them are android emulator software). If your pc is still unable to support any of them, you have to install arc welder on your chrome( extension by Google). Then manually generate apk file from (choose the best version-i dont know which one will work on your browser, the latest version work fine for me)
