how to dub movies,song in any languess

Hello friends any body how to dub eng movie or other languess movie like tamil, Telugu and more in Hindi or other languesshuh

Ex :- Movie is in English, you want to translate that into Hindi

1) You have to translate the dialogues+Songs+words with sense...
So that the dialogue will match the timing + Lip sink + Meaningful

2) You have to own an recording studio
and Dubbing artist's + singers

3) And make those artists give their voice to that main film..... Replacing original voice

You can buy Mutli-language DVD's :k

I still have "AVATAR" movie dvd
Which we can see avatar in 4languages...
Just by switching language. ....
