Seeking Help Horizontal line appearing in LeEco 55 inch TV

My TV is starting to display a lot many horizontal lines. Is this a problem with display panel & do I have to to change it or there's any other fix.

I am from a small town in India & there are no good mechanic in here. One I showed it to, is saying I need to change the display panel, as it's gone.

What's the size of panel. Ask technician about the price of new panel and also don't forget to ask about the warrenty of new panel. If you satisfy from both answer then u should go for panel replacement otherwise u can go for New TV by exchanging it .
