The biggest role in Gaming is Graphic card, So no doubt good speed CPU + RAM also play a big role, But you need minimum 2GB DDR-5 Video RAM for your Video memory in Graphic section, If your inbuilt Graphic card support all this even then you have to buy another EXT Card for GTA-V, So ready for Installing External Graphics for GTA-IV in PC But don't know about lappy External solutions.

Also take in mind that Now as we are talking about GTA-V so graphic card should be compatible for GTA-V , This game is going to block buster as I love GTA-IV & playing from 2 years with minimum set of Configuration like Dual core CPU + 2GB DDR-2 + ZOTAC External Graphics with 1GB DDR-3 Video Memory

first i need it to download 61 GB is really too much :'( it will kill my broadband :s

rushil bro even after reading title i was also thinking to dowload GTA 5 on my pc but after seeing one of torrent image in this thread i am 100% sure that even after this game may work on my pc i am 100% not going to download as here is my previous experience with download.

broadband download speed : 2mbps
movie name : Mere Brother Ki Dulhan
print : 1080P untouched bluray
size : 35 GB
time taken for download : 5 days.
special mention : computer was not even once shutdown in this 5 day period.

this game has 60+ setup so from that my prediction for my computer's download task wil be like.

broadband download speed : 2mbps
game name : GTA V
print : untouched bluray+
size : 60+ GB
time take to download : 12 days(giving shutdown to pc my take long time).

to it's 100% no for me to GTA V

Now the position is that lot of users {Millions} Downloading it and in Result you will not get Full Download speed so some time you may get 20KBPS speed as per busy server side. I don't think for few days you will get good result of Downloads in India.
