Okay, it may look like it's working but you are not seeing any new information. Play store keeps some data offline on your device.
To test whether it's working or not you guys have to clear the data, or at least try searching for something and different.

I have tried on 3 device with different accounts it's not working on any of them

Clear the Play Store Data & Cache

It is not necessary. I can download apps and they are not cached.

Bro, try these. U reboot your phone once and it not work, logout and login the Google accounts.
