Get 50 back on adding 500 balance using Amazon UPI

Today Called and asked why didn't got cashback. They said that offer validity was reduced to 28th March. So i requested to refund as currently no use of Balance and they did
 
Bro, I got a different reply from CC.
He read out the T&C and it was something like this: The ₹50 cashback was on a minimum balance addition of ₹500 through UPI (from 26-30 Mar). The cashback will be processed within 72 business hours. But due to some technical issues, it'll take 5 business days (but you'll definitely get the cashback).
There's no mention of validity reduction (28 Mar).

Amount credited back to SB Account bro ??
 
Today again contacted CC, she requested me to wait for another 24-48 hours.
