Unfortunately, there are none under ₹7k.

Cheapest option with 64GB storage is Micromax IN 2B at ₹8,499. It comes with Stock Android and the Best processor for this price, Unisoc T610.

And if for some reason you don't want to own a Micromax phone, then there's Poco C3 at the same price, but with MIUI and the inferior MediaTek Helio G35.
