I knew u would ask.. So i already updated the post. Its quite confusing for lot of people but yes, no data is deducted from balance for video calls, possible only with Jio to Jio.

Bro read terms and conditions point #5 

5. The data used by the consumers for Jio applications, Video calls and other content available on internet would be uniformly debited against plan data allocation.

Video calls bear both Video and audio part. So i think for audio part no data will be deducted but for Video part data will be deducted from data balance

Yes,but other background services will eat up all the data if you keep data on in no time.

Haven't you heard of Opera Max ? If your OS doesn't have data blocking feature(Like MIUI have) then you can install opera max and block all background data  :k

but we need a minimum data pack na? if I only want to use JIO for Calling perpose!

u will get only membership.
but to use JIO upto march 2018 u have to pay (303/-*12)=3636/-(cumulative price)

We have to pay whole amount at a time?? Can't we pay every month 303??

Don't worry Jio will not take yearly subscription. Jio will only take Rs 303 pm

Understood..make it a feature phone.Also if you havn't use jiovoice app for sometime, you will not recieve calls.May be its a problem with my chinese crap.
