But Last time it was not expired until I didn't activate it.
There is 2 type of data voucher there one is data voucher via top-up recharge it's will expire in 90 days from the date of credit in ur account by Jio .. another one data add-on via denomination recharge ex) 11 , 21 , 51 etc... Don't have validity limit untill unless you activate it 🙂

In recharge of ₹11, 21, 51 we don't get voucher
These added directly to plan
Validity same as current base plan

Yes! I purchased Rs.10 Top Up recharge voucher few days back but still it's expire date is showing with my base plan's date.

If u redeemed means it'll show current plan validity
 
Your top up balance doesn't expire.
