There is 2 type of data voucher there one is data voucher via top-up recharge it's will expire in 90 days from the date of credit in ur account by Jio .. another one data add-on via denomination recharge ex) 11 , 21 , 51 etc... Don't have validity limit untill unless you activate it

Yes! I purchased Rs.10 Top Up recharge voucher few days back but still it's expire date is showing with my base plan's date.
