It's available download myjio app and select recharge and the amount will deducted from main balance that's it.

I recharged same method for past 6 months. I got 120 back for 399 recharge from my amazon 4 accounts.

In this way i recharged 399 of my jio for only 120 on 9th October via Amazon & Flipkart

Both incoming and outgoing didn't work on my Jio number this evening for about half an hour. Internet was fine though.
