It will change midnight
I want to recharge Rs.399 so should i recharge with this amount or go for prime Rs.498

Most probably without prime nothing will work, on the other hand prime membership will valid only till March 2018

IMO,
1. jio will either launch new offers or
2. ask users to renew prime membership or
3. end of jio prime membership or
4. jio will extend the validity of prime membership

Today I recharged my Jio number with 449 plan for 91 days using amazon pay. I had to add 99 extra for prime, last time I was able to opt for plan without paying prime but this time recharge kept on failing until I chose Non Prime plan(which adds 99 to actual plan).

So now I paid 99 to get prime until 31-Mar-2018 anyways I had all prime benefits before also.
