Personally I don't like the 4 bowlers bowling 5 overs suggestion. Reasons -

1. The basis of cricket is 5 batsman, 5 bowlers and 1 wicket-keeper. Thats how there is a contest between bat and ball too
2. Such a rule will be demotivating for the current bowlers and even aspiring bowlers because there are less spots available which a batsman has more spots and hence more chances
