Australia is desperate to kickstart the next summer's Border-Gavaskar Trophy against India in Brisbane at the Gabba, a venue where it has now been 31 years undefeated and just routed Pakistan by an innings to start off the ongoing home Test season. This, to an extent that skipper Tim Paine said he would have a word with his Indian counterpart Virat Kohli even as Cricket Australia indulges in talks with the BCCI for a schedule that keeps both the parties happy.

bro i say this because in 2016 pakistan and Australia was also played a D/N test in gabba brisbane and that time around approx 17k prople comes in 30k capacity gabba game.
yes entertainment factor cannot be ignored because on that match due to hot weather conditions pool deck and bigger wider side screen arangement by aussie board to turn up the crowd

Going for a cricket match in India is big task.
You have to get inside stadium 2-3 hours before the match, that means for a 1pm match you will have to be in the stadium morning itself. You are not allowed to carry even water bottle inside the stadium.
The traffic after the match is really horrible.
Day night tests could be successful only in Mumabi, Kolkata, Bangalore I think.
Each pink ball test should be held like an IPL celebration.

Dhoni could be seen playing for Asia XI in March 2020 against World XI in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has proposed the idea of hosting a two T20I series. The 2 T20Is of the series will take place on March 18 and 21 next year. The BCB has sought the permission of seven Indian cricketers, including Dhoni.
