Taking note of what the India head coach had said on the England tour, the COA gave its own reply on the comments when they met with Ravi Shastri, captain Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma in Hyderabad.

The Committee of Administrators (COA) came down hard on Ravi Shastri at a recent meeting in Hyderabad and asked the India coach to let people be the judge on whether this team is the best travelling side in the world or not.

The Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) has allowed Mohammad Shami to turn out for Bengal in their Ranji Trophy Elite Group 'B' match against Kerala to be played at Eden Gardens from Tuesday.

But given that the pacer is in the India squad for the upcoming four-Test series against Australia, the board has imposed conditions - he can bowl 15 overs per innings, with a 'grace' of no more than two to three overs.
