Bro,

Windows 10 is not working properly in this laptop..like wifi not working. display blank some times..like many issues..

After upgrading its not working bro..and in fujitsu supports it says no compatabile for this notebook

It will definitely run Win 10 just fine. Update Graphics and Wifi driver

Make sure windows is up to date (If it isn't updated then update) if it doesn't solve your problem then,
Start windows in safe mode (Tutorial: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode) and check that the issue persists in safe mode or not. If the issue isn't present in safe mode then it might be a driver issue.
