MUMBAI: The Goa Marriott Resort launches 'Friday Night Jazz' from the 8th of July 2011 8pm, onwards, at the cool, ambient lounge bar AZ U.R.
This regular weekend stressbuster will feature Goa's premier jazz ensemble 'Jazz Junction' along with visiting guest artistes from all over the world.
There will be no entrance fee or cover charge so make the most of this entertaining night out in the rains at the Goa Marriott Resort's cool, ambient lounge bar AZ U.R.
Jazz Junction put together by bassplayer Colin D'Cruz, features some of India's most accomplished jazz artistes that includes Yvonne Gonsalves on vocals, Xavier Peres on keyboards and Lester Godinho on drums.
All four members of the band have performed at jazz festivals around the world including the world renowned Henessey XO smooth and mellow international jazz tour.
