Don't know more about this but in new update you have submit the KYC details to even use UPI.

Freecharge now supports insurance premiums also.

Struggling company. I really wish they survive. I was one of their first customers since August'2010. They have no provision of Full-KYC, so we cant add money to wallet now. Is there any update to this now?
