Convenience fee was always there on Myntra but If you're buying multiple things on Myntra they give you access to Myntra Insider and convenience fee isn't charged.

I never paid convenience/delivery fees
 
I was thinking this yesterday, why flipkart is not increasing any charge. 😂

I also noticed that flipkart customer care wouldn't be work anymore. No specific phone number is working. they simply text on your registered flipkart number if it is available on WhatsApp like flipkart support. Some automictically questions will be asked from you to chose with reliable option for you, choose them and take rest if possible they will call you if nothing serious, it will be results based on your choice you made with your flipkart support on WhatsApp. you will be see in your flipkart acc or via sms.

Offer handing fee is old but they now increased price. Most of customer's on flipkart doesn't know, when they order any product with cart. It's really bad thing cz they said it's for seller security for product but in real, seller product is very cheap for them, they are charged enough money for their services and govt taxes which are collected over years.
If they charged this amount, they need to pack item's with more package quality and security for item's not to be tempered after dispatched. Handling flipkart courier Ekart is poor sometimes.
