Facing problem in hotstar and YouTube

there is bug in android pie update...whenever we play video in landscape mode in YouTube and hotstar it automatically covers notch area .. even if we turn off notch area in mobile settings then also it covers notch...where as mx player and netflix they didnt hide notch area other streaming apps dont play content in notch area when notch area is disabled in mobile setting...but hotstar keeps playing content in notch area despite disabling notch area in mobile setting
