Discussion Facing Issues on Instagram App

Hi Guys,

I have been facing an issue with the instagram iOS app from last 3-4 days.

The problem:

When viewing other people's profiles, some of the photo/posts/images do not load. It appears just white... However of the post has a audio, the music will play.
Reels seems to be loading and playing properly and has no issues.

What I have noticed:

1. When I log in from an Android smartphone, I am able to see everything. No issues in android instagram app. (Primary account)

2. I have my secondary instagram page, and if I view those same profiles in iPhone, it it's working fine. I am able to view the post's properly.

3. Logging in on iPhone 8 plus ( my spare phone) from my primary insta account, again I faced the same problem, of some posts not being visible.

Conclusion:

1. It doesn't seem to be an iOS issue or iPhone issue and my secondary instagram account seem to be loading all the posts properly of other profiles on the same iphone.

2. My primary instagram account works fine and loads all the posts properly on Android

3. Posts only seems to not loading if I view from my primary instagram account on different iphones.

Does anyone know what exactly is the issue ??? Is it my account issue or account related server issues ??

Phones used are:
iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 8 Plus, Samsung Galaxy A23

I have another type of problem with Instagram. Instagram beta for Android and ios app is not working in jio airfiber network. It not loading new content only showing previous loaded content. While normal version Instagram and in website its working fine.

I am not sure what exact issue i am facing either. Its kind of wierd. Downdetector however shows some people are facing issue with instagram, again its not clear as to what the issue others are facing.

I really need a fix / solution as a part of my work is based on instagram.

For every app issue :
Simple clear the App Storage or Cache. It will resolve most of the issues on App.

Did everything, issue is only with my personal instagram account.

I guess some kind of restriction applied to your affected account and only Instagram can help resolving it. Best way is to reaching out to their support and explain this issue thoroughly like you did here.

Yes, I tried reporting the issue with the help of screenshots and sent. Let's hope they help fix

Issue has been fixed, Instagram pushed an update some time back.
