In VoLTE network everything goes as a data so technically you cannot leave it

Oh... good they why should they keep restrictions on call and sms , they should just give data and it should be our choice to use it as data or make calls !

Bcoz Jio has to pay interconnect charge of ₹ 0.14 per minute fixed by TRAI paid to other operators whose network call ends.
