Liam Plunkett, right-arm fast bowler,
will replace Steve Finn in the England
limited-overs squads after the latter
was ruled out of the remainder of the
South Africa tour due to a side strain,
England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB)
announced on Monday (January 18).

Finn, 26, suffered a side strain during
the recently concluded third Test in
Johannesburg, which the tourists won
by seven wickets to claim an
unassailable 2-0 lead in the four-
match series.
Finn will not only miss the fourth and
final Test but also the subsequent
One-Day Internationals and Twenty20
sections of the tour.
Overlooked for the tour at the time of
the selections, Plunkett picked three
wickets in each of the two Twenty20
Internationals he played against
Pakistan in November, last year.
