You are right but it can be done by any team of the world in verge of losing the game in final overs to put results in their favour

Pakistan won that game as Umpires let the game played till 6:45 pm local time or so.....:dodgy

for that reason umpires were imposed heavy fine ....test match can not be played in lights ....its umpires decision to continue or not due to bad light
