I wonder can Rohit Sharma make it in the test matches.At the moment he looks like a T-20 player ill suited to test matches.I hope some hype surrounding him as well as murmurs of him taking over captaincy from Kohli dies down for timebeing.I mean a guy who cannot perform well in Test matches shall not be made the captain in Test Matches just because he has won IPL as captain.

The Indian Cricket watchers (can't call them lovers) do posses very very short term memory. These pundits make hundreds of verdict. Listing a few:
1. Kohli should immediately be replaced by Rohit/Rahane (who is by far not only the most successful Indian captain in all three formats but one of the leading captain of all-time).
2. Rohit Sharma should be scrapped from test opening.
3. Pant shouldn't be in test teams, specially in India.
4. Pujara shouldn't 'Waste' so many balls.
5. Playing XI shouldn't be this. This particular player is selected only because captain/coach/selectors/BCCI like him.
6. He should've played more patiently/more attackingly/bowled yorkers/bowled bouncers/bowled fast.
.....and the list goes on.....

Although people will criticize this point of mine by telling I'm RCB fan, but you should also add the numerous posts being made in the previous series as well as this one about people posting to play other players over Sundar, Siraj and Saini... Sundar and Siraj have by far shut down these people's mouths. Saini tho had one bad series and he is injured now. He would have been in the team if not for the injury...
