Edison Email - Read On PC Doesn't Update App

I am using Edison Email app on my Android phone. The badge icons used to clear when I read email on my PC (using Gmail) but it has stopped working. The badge icons won't clear unless I go into Edison Email on my phone. I checked and the app is not sleeping and is set up to sync.

Any thoughts?

Having the same issue, except I can never get the notification to clear by reading the messages elsewhere. It will sit there and blink forever on messages that have long ago been read. Only way I get it to go away is to read the messages through the app.

Were you able to find a fix?
