Law and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the government is planning to link the two national IDs.

After PAN, bank accounts and welfare schemes, the government is now planning to link driving license with Aadhaar.

Citing the example of linking driving license with Aadhaar, Prasad said "if a driver's licence was revoked due to some offence, he went to another state or place to get a new licence... But linking driving licences with Aadhaar is curbing such practices and leading to better governance."

Driving Licences Will Soon Be Linked With Aadhaar, Supreme Court Told

After linking welfare programmes and financial services to Aadhaar, the Centre is in the process of adding driving licences to the mix, the Supreme Court was told today. The aim, a court-appointed committee said, was to weed out fake licenses and a software is being prepared that will connect licenses issued in all states on real-time.

My driving license recently issued in January month and that Time I was submitted Adhaar card scan copy through online so i again need to link?

If they do offline then it will Ok but they are saying online so most probably you will have to link it online again.
