If your Gmail address is like '[email protected]' (having a Dot) then you should know that even If you send mail to '[email protected]' then also it will be successfully delivered to original '[email protected]' without any issue. There is no difference in both email addresses.

[email protected] = [email protected]

But remember this happens only on Gmail not on Outlook, Yahoo Mail, etc.
This was long known man. Unnecessary over here. Could've posted this on general chat
