I don't think so.
They would use this spectrum for corporate clients like shipping ports and airports they manage and other industrial use cases which Adani corp has an investment in.
Doesn't look like they will go up against Airtel and Jio in the public market..

We can ascertain what they will do after auction. If they will get 50Mhz or 100 Mhz in C-band, then they will go for consumer market along with b2b. They have already obtained UA, NLD & ILD licenses from DOT for voice services.

But then, what is the incentive for people to go for Adani services, if pricing is same or say just 5 to 10% less tariff?

A congestion free network with lesser data hungry users hogging up bandwidth and thus higher data speeds, that's the incentive until the network load increases to be at par with existing networks.
These days even vi users are getting very high speeds in areas where the network is actually usable, since most heavy data users have moved to Jio and Airtel for reliable connectivity.
