In the mean time NATO is trying to contain it so backing India whose result is NSG waiver and inclusion in Missile technology control regime, no reaction in latest ICBM test

And China is backing Pak to contain India.

IMO, Trump is First a businessman then a politician.. So, him saying that he is going to cut down outsourcing.. I don't think it is going to happen..

In 2008, Obama said the same..What happened? Nothing much changed really. It's their vote bank politics.. Trump knows that.

He has changed many of his earlier stance after winning this election.. And what I've seen with Obama (atleast relation with other countries), even US presidency post is mere rubber stamp kind of work... they are NOT the ultimate authority.. I'm not even sure if they are fully aware about Area 51
