Breaking Disney to enter Multi-Billion Dollar Deal with Ambani [Deal Completed]

As per the news, this is a better option. This can prevent the partway of Star's entertainment, Sports & OTT buisness .Also Disney stays as minor partner so that Disney & Fox contents not get withdrawn from Star sooner. But Reliance should give priority to Star brand and ready to sacrifice with some of their existing TV & OTT assets. Hoping things to happen like this.

With this acquisition, Reliance will start monitise their digital content (IPL, BCCI and Jio studios) in Hotstar app
 
If RIL merges its disney india ops with viacom18
They can retain viacom 18 name
With RIL - 70% stake
Disney - 15%
Paramount - 5%
Bodhi / NBC - 10%
They can levrage colors as premium brand and use star as network brand
