Here’s how it works:
1. Firstly, navigate to dial.uber.com on mobile phone browser
2. Then, enter your phone number to quickly login or sign-up
3. Next you can view pricing information, get a fare estimate, and request for your ride with a single tap
4. After this, you will instantly get connected with driver over call to coordinate pickup
5. And once the trip is completed, you can pay driver in cash

What should be kept in mind is that a rider can dial an Uber from your phone’s web browser. Besides this, they must use the full app in case they need any support or if they want receipts. Apart from this, riders must use the call button on the web page to call their driver back after the initial phone call. And lastly, cancellations will incur a fee which is charged on the next trip as it is done in the full app.
