One of India's greatest Test Captains
under whose leadership India became
the No. 1 team in the Test Rankings
MS Dhoni, has decided to retire from
Test Cricket citing the strain of
playing all formats of Cricket.

M S Dhoni has chosen to retire from
Test Cricket with immediate effect in
order to concentrate on ODI and T 20 formats.

Virat Kohli will be the captain of the
Indian Team for the Fourth and Final
Test against Australia to be played in
Sydney from the 6th of January 2015.

If he had done that after last border Gavaskar Trophy, Indian cricket may have been a lot better than this.

I think he has made d right decision.

As a captain, this has been d poorest show by India, in test matches... over d past 3-4 years.

Had he not quit d captaincy, he wud have been asked to step down by d selectors.

Moreover, to continue in ODIs n T20s, and d money making IPL... he wants to prolonge his cricket carrier.... thus quitting from test matches was d right decision.

Thank u Dhoni for d memories !! :tup
